Therapy for Christian Women in Sewickley, Fox Chapel and Telehealth throughout Pennsylvania.
Therapy for Christian women ready to heal deep wounds from traumatic experiences and finally feel at peace.
Helping you move from silently struggling to deeply healed, through God’s truth about you, the strengthening of your inner voice, and the powerful tools therapy offers so that you can move forward in peace and with clarity.
How I Can help You
I help strong, capable women reclaim peace and confidence—without feeling like you have to hide your pain or prove your worth—even if therapy hasn’t helped before.
Does any of this sound familiar?
You hold everything together on the outside, but inside you feel anxious, overwhelmed, and ashamed you can’t “just get over it.”
You overthink every decision, replaying what you should have done differently.
You numb out with food, wine, or endless scrolling—anything to quiet the ache.
You’ve tried praying it away, but feel more disconnected from God than ever.
You wonder if you’re broken or if life will ever feel different.
Imagine waking up with a quiet mind and a calm heart. Feeling at peace within yourself, your faith, and your life.
Confident that you’ve done the deep healing work you’ve needed.
Ready to tell trauma memory it has no hold on you.
Capable of processing whatever might come up with ease.
I help high-achieving women process overwhelming trauma and long-standing hurt so they can finally feel whole and empowered again.
With compassion and proven tools, I’ll guide you to:
Understand why you feel stuck
Heal the deep wounds you’ve carried alone
Reconnect with your faith and your self-worth
You don’t have to figure it all out by yourself. I’m here to help.
Hi! I’m Michelle…
Here’s what we’ll do together
What if six months from now you felt steady, confident, and clear about where you’re going?
What if I told you that what you’re blaming yourself for isn’t because you are doing anything wrong but because some “wrong” things happened to you and naturally affected you?
If you’ve tried therapy before and it felt like nothing changed, you’re not alone. Many of my clients have felt discouraged and worried that something was wrong with them.
The truth is, you’re not broken. You were never broken.
What you’ve been carrying is heavy, and you’ve done your best to cope. Together, we’ll approach it differently—with compassion, practical tools, and faith-based support that honors your story.
what I hear from my clients:
While I can’t share specific client stories because of confidentiality ethics, the women I’ve walked alongside often tell me that…
They have made progress toward their goals and find the tools I provide them to be really helpful
They’ve never been able to put the stuff they are struggling with into words, but feel that I understand them
That they trust me, and what I teach them is helpful to them
That they are doing so much better than they used to be since working with me
That they recommend me to their friends.
What we’ll work on
If you’re ready to stop just surviving and start truly living—with peace, clarity, and confidence—I’m here to help you get there.
How will it work
You might be wondering …
What if this doesn’t work for me?
You don’t have to do this perfectly. Healing isn’t linear—and you don’t have to figure it out alone. Is it selfish to focus on myself?
You’ve spent so long caring for everyone else. This is your time to finally care for you. What if I can’t afford the time or energy?
We’ll move at your pace, step by step, so you never feel rushed or overwhelmed.
what you need to know:
Is this for me?
This is for you if …
You’re ready to explore your pain with compassion and honesty
You are done having what’s happened to you still impacting your emotions, thoughts, and actions
You’re tired of feeling stuck and at war within yourself
You want to heal in a way that honors your faith and your story
This might not be for you if …
You’re still in the midst of a traumatic experience, and surviving is all you have the energy to do right now
You are struggling with active suicidal ideation or intent
You are in the throes of addiction or under the influence of drugs or alcohol
when you are ready for better:
Imagine …
Six months from now, nothing has changed. You’re still exhausted, still doubting, still waiting to feel okay.
vs…
Imagine starting your deep healing journey today. Feeling hopeful again. Knowing that you’re moving toward peace, one small step at a time. Future you is ready. You don’t have to keep waiting.

There are two ways to work with me.
1) As a weekly client (however, these spots are limited due to my current caseload availability).
2) As a Therapy Intensive client.
Both ways of working with me offer an eclectic array of treatment modalities. If you would like a blend of the best tools I’ve found from evidence-based EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, IFS/Parts/Ego State work, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), or Brainspotting work, you will benefit from a whole person approach. When you include faith-based Christian counseling from a Biblical perspective with the psychological treatments, you are really getting the best of cutting edge as well as truth-based care.

Weekly therapy is 50 minutes in length per session.
Therapy Intensives are offered in customized chunks of concentrated time that can ultimately save you time and money with less hassle.
Length of care depends on which of the above options you choose as well as your individual needs, goals, and history. Each client is unique, and care is customized to your specific criteria.
