EMDR Intensives are available online through telehealth or in person in either my office in Carnegie, PA or Monroeville, PA.
Regular therapy appointments are available by telehealth online therapy only.

Online therapy work just as well as in-person therapy but saves the travel time, parking, and hassle of having to schedule a babysitter. We set you up in a HIPAA privacy compliant portal through a link or app on your phone, and when I video call you, you will be notified that the session is about to start.
EMDR and EMDR Intensives can also be done via telehealth. I am able to send you a link where you can view a moving ball of light that I can start and stop on my end of things but you can follow on your computer screen for bilateral stimulation in your own home or office.

Individual therapy appointments are $200 per 50 minute session, payable by FSA, HSA, Credit Card, or CareCredit which we can help you to get set-up with.

During your first appointment, I will ask about your desires and goals for therapy outcomes, learn of your strengths and struggles, and we will begin to discuss what steps forward may look like as we work together. Our sessions are collaborative in nature.

A Good Faith Estimate is written estimation that is legally required to be provided to all clients once-a-year which outlines the estimated duration and frequency of sessions as well as the estimated out-of-pocket cost for the plan provided.
