Helping you move from second-guessing yourself to unshakable truth and trusting of your own experience.
If you’ve spent too long questioning your reality or feeling like you’re the problem, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to stay stuck.
How I Can help You
I can help you untangle the confusion and reclaim your clarity without overwhelm and fear that you’re just too sensitive or making it all up, even if you’ve been dismissed or blamed repeatedly by others.
Imagine finally understanding what you’ve been through and learning to trust your perceptions again—without the fear that speaking your truth means you’re selfish or overreacting.
Imagine waking up no longer consumed by anxiety about someone else’s reactions but feeling at home and peace in your own mind and body.
Instead of doubting yourself and your every thought, you can move through your days with confidence, knowing your truth matters and so do you, even if you aren’t ready to leave or change your circumstances yet.
Imagine …
Knowing you can trust your own perceptions—and that you aren’t overreacting.
Feeling calm, grounded, and confident in your decisions.
No longer twisting yourself in knots to keep the peace.
Waking up with a sense of ease, finally free to be yourself without fear or guilt.
Does any of this sound familiar?
You replay conversations over and over, wondering if you imagined the hurt or if you really are “too sensitive.”
You feel tangled up in knots, trying to manage someone else’s moods so you won’t be blamed, shamed, or abandoned.
You crave clarity but second-guess yourself at every turn—unsure if you’re seeing things accurately or just making a fuss.
You’re exhausted from carrying the burden of everyone else’s demands while your own needs go unheard.
I help survivors of narcissistic and emotional abuse untangle confusion, rebuild self-trust, and create lives rooted in clarity and peace. Together, we’ll work step by step to identify what’s real, what isn’t, and how you can move forward with confidence.
You can feel hopeful again.
Hi! I’m Michelle…
Here’s what we’ll do together
Imagine a life where you no longer feel like you have to walk on eggshells to keep the peace.
What if, instead of second-guessing every feeling, you woke up each day feeling calm, confident, and certain of what’s true for you?
What if you could finally relax in your own skin—free from the constant pressure to manage someone else’s moods or demands?
If you’ve tried therapy before and still feel stuck, you might be wondering if real change is even possible.
That’s completely understandable - and it’s not your fault.
Many survivors of emotional and narcissistic abuse have been told for so long that they’re “too sensitive” or “just imagining things” that even healing can feel confusing and frustrating.
what I hear from my clients:
While I can’t share specific client stories because of confidentiality ethics, the women I’ve walked alongside often tell me that…
They have made progress toward their goals and find the tools I provide them to be really helpful
They’ve never been able to put the stuff they are struggling with into words, but feel that I understand them
That they trust me, and what I teach them is helpful to them
That they are doing so much better than they used to be since working with me
That they recommend me to their friends.
What we’ll work on
You deserve to feel clarity and peace … not just surviving each day, but truly able to be solid in truth and your voice and power.
If you’re ready to step out of confusion and into confidence, I’m here to walk beside you.
How will it work
You might be wondering …
“What if this doesn’t work for me?”
That’s a natural fear. Healing after emotional abuse isn’t always a straight line, but with steady, compassionate support, it is possible to feel whole again.“I’ve tried therapy before. Why would this be any different?”
Unlike approaches that rush you to “move on,” we’ll slow down to validate your experiences, uncover what’s true, and build your trust in yourself step by step.“What if I’m overreacting?”
If you’re here, something inside you knows you deserve better. Trust that instinct.
what you need to know:
This is for you if …
You’re ready to explore your experience of narcissistic or emotional abuse without judgment
You long to trust your perceptions again and feel calm in your own life
You’re willing to take steady steps toward clarity and healing
This might not be for you if …
You’re looking for a quick fix or an overnight transformation
You prefer a more directive, problem-solving approach without deep exploration
This work isn’t always easy, but it is life-changing—and it’s tailored to support you exactly where you are.
when you are ready for better:
Imagine …
Doing nothing with the information you’re reading on this website or any others you’ve read, and six months from now, you’re still questioning your thoughts and feelings, still tied in knots trying to avoid someone else’s anger, rudeness, or accusations.
Or … what life could look like if you start your healing journey today—where you’ll gain more internal calm, learn to employ non-confrontational but steady boundaries for what is and is not okay with you, and gain confidence in the fact that you and your reality really matter.
Current you might be thinking this sounds like a good idea —something you’ll call about next week or a month from now.
Future you is quietly begging you not to wait.
Whether you work with me or someone else, you don’t have to keep betraying yourself and your truth and keep suffering inside.

There are two ways to work with me.
1) As a weekly client (however, these spots are limited due to my current caseload availability).
2) As a Therapy Intensive client.
Both ways of working with me offer an eclectic array of treatment modalities. If you would like a blend of the best tools I’ve found from evidence-based EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, IFS/Parts/Ego State work, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), or Brainspotting work, you will benefit from a whole person approach. When you include faith-based Christian counseling from a Biblical perspective with the psychological treatments, you are really getting the best of cutting edge as well as truth-based care.
